1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to the West Bank and all 1948 areas.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for all orders.

  • The exact amount must be paid to the delivery driver upon receiving the package.

  • Capella reserves the right to cancel COD orders if a customer repeatedly fails to complete payment.

4. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier issues.

  • Capella is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will always update you via WhatsApp or Instagram.
