At Capella, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer exchanges under the following conditions.

Customers may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Exchange Process

Products can only be exchanged for another item available in our store.

If the new item has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.

If the new item has a lower price, the remaining balance will be provided as store credit for future purchases.
Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
